I find it interesting becoz the lyrics make ur loved one realize ur value to him/her. Adnan makes the use of his favourite instrument (seems to be)-the piano in this song. I don?t know why but I like it more than Tera Chehra. Wordings like Ye Zammen ruk jaaye-Aasma jhuk jaaye-tera chehra jab nazar aayeee? make the song extremely soulful. The video features the extremely beautiful Rani Mukherji which makes the video more beautiful to see and more soulful to hear. U get to hear mostly all the instruments starting from tabla, drum, piano, violin and santoor. Sameer has written the lyrics extremely good. It seems Adnan speaks his heart out for his loved one. Starts slowly just with vocals of Adnan and then the music starts. Perhaps the most romantic song of the album. This album in general can be classified in romantic category coz except 1 song (Kabhi Naee) all are romantic numbers. The music is composed by Adnan Sami himself and the lyrics are by Sameer. The cassette of Tera Chehra costs Rs.55/-(printed price). This is his second Indipop album and most successful of all the three. He is the fastest piano player in the world. I think Piano might be his favourite instrument coz I have seen him in many concerts (On T.V.) playing the whole Kabhi to Nazar Milao (The title song from his first pop album with legendary Asha Bhosle) on the piano itself. As I have heard this guy knows how to play each and every musical instrument. Some info about Adnan Sami and Tera Chehra:Īdnan Sami was born in Pakistan and brought up and stayed in United Kingdom till he came to India to sing. And nowadays music companies combine the hits of different artists and make one album so I prefer those but for Adnan Sami, you bet all the songs of his albums are great.
I generally don?t prefer to buy Indipop albums compared to Hindi movie soundtracks coz I feel that except one or two great songs the album then has average or ok songs(although its not the case everytime but still). It is at this time I realized that I have missed praising this beautiful compilation at ms and so am straightaway writing an rvu on it. I had just completed and was posting my rvu on Yuva album at ms when Winamp played the beautiful number Tera Chehra.(Title track of the album).
